Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise IT.
- 3+ years managing technical teams at or above Senior Manager level.
- Deeply technical foundation in identity platforms, MDM/UEM, and network infrastructure.
- Proven proficiency in Okta or modern enterprise IAM, including JML automation, IGA, and PAM.
- Multi-cloud experience (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP).
- Proven track record building and scaling technical teams and retaining talent.
- Experience managing commercial vendor relationships and implementation partners.
- Effective cross-functional influence across multiple organizational functions.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
- Availability for a rotating on-call schedule for critical infrastructure incidents.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior IT platform engineers, managing the full people lifecycle.
- Own delivery accountability for identity maturation, PAM deployment, and network-as-a-service initiatives.
- Manage vendor and implementation partner relationships, ensuring milestone and performance governance.
- Translate technical risks into business language for executive stakeholders and influence across Security, GRC, Legal, and Finance.
- Drive the maturation of the enterprise identity program including PAM, IGA, and joiner/mover/leaver automation.
- Perform architecture reviews and provide technical design direction to remain a credible peer to engineering teams.
