Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise IT.
- 3+ years managing technical teams at or above Senior Manager level in a high-growth technology company.
- Hands-on experience building and operating identity platforms (Okta/Entra or equivalent).
- Expertise in MDM/UEM deployment and network infrastructure.
- Multi-cloud fluency across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven track record in IAM/IGA program delivery, JML automation, and PAM vaulting.
- Experience managing vendor commercial relationships and implementation partners.
- Effective cross-functional influence across non-technical departments like Legal and Finance.
- Strong verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
- Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for critical infrastructure incidents.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior IT platform engineers, managing the full lifecycle of hiring, performance, and career development.
- Own delivery accountability across major IT programs including identity maturation, PAM deployment, and network-as-a-service delivery.
- Manage delivery relationships with technology vendors and implementation partners, ensuring milestone accountability and risk mitigation.
- Lead cross-functional programs across Security, GRC, Legal, People, and Finance, translating technical risk for executive stakeholders.
- Maturation of enterprise identity program end-to-end, including JML automation, IGA governance, and PAM deployment.
- Contribute hands-on to architecture reviews, design decisions, and engineering escalations.
