Requirements
- 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling to existing and new customers.
- Advanced skills in prospecting, strategic account planning, and value-based selling.
- Strong business acumen with experience presenting to C-Suite executives.
- Ability to articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, specifically Identity and Access Management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for documentation and pipeline management.
- Experience with MEDDPPICC methodology.
- Proficiency with Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
- Ability to travel regularly for customer meetings and events.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow designated territory by acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking.
- Navigate complex sales cycles (6-12 months) and manage large ARR opportunities.
- Upsell and cross-sell 1Password's platform within existing accounts.
- Represent 1Password at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to develop tailored solutions.
- Engage in multi-threaded relationships with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
