Requirements

  • 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience in upselling and cross-selling to existing and new customers.
  • Advanced skills in prospecting, strategic account planning, and value-based selling.
  • Strong business acumen with experience presenting to C-Suite executives.
  • Ability to articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, specifically Identity and Access Management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for documentation and pipeline management.
  • Experience with MEDDPPICC methodology.
  • Proficiency with Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
  • Ability to travel regularly for customer meetings and events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow designated territory by acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles (6-12 months) and manage large ARR opportunities.
  • Upsell and cross-sell 1Password's platform within existing accounts.
  • Represent 1Password at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to develop tailored solutions.
  • Engage in multi-threaded relationships with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
