Requirements
- 1-5 years of prior sales experience with a TPA, cost control vendor, MGU, or carrier.
- Knowledge of ERISA and the Affordable Care Act.
- Understanding of insured ancillary/voluntary coverages, affinity programs, captives, or TPA operations.
- Familiarity with related cost control point solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to travel nationwide.
- CEBS certification preferred.
- Self-Funded Specialist Designation preferred.
- Life and Health insurance license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Leverage and expand professional network with a focus on channel partners.
- Target partners including carriers, affinity programs, MGUs, captives, point solutions, and brokers.
- Continuously develop domain expertise and identify opportunities for innovative solutions.
- Develop and deliver effective employee benefit solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client decision-makers.
- Meet and exceed sales and retention targets for the assigned book of business.
