Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive human resources experience.
- Proven track record as an HRBP supporting high-growth commercial (Sales & Marketing) organizations.
- Direct experience contributing to sales compensation plans, commission structures, and quota-alignment strategies.
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to provide strategic counsel to senior leadership.
- Advanced ability to leverage people analytics to drive organizational outcomes.
- Experience managing complex, ambiguous personnel and business issues with creative solutions.
- Proven ability to navigate high-growth, fast-paced environments where strategy and execution occur simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt style to diverse, senior-level audiences.
Responsibilities
- Build trust and credibility as a strategic partner to senior Sales and Marketing leadership.
- Develop deep understanding of commercial business strategy and link talent decisions to revenue and growth outcomes.
- Utilize people analytics and turnover data to provide actionable, data-backed recommendations.
- Partner with Finance, Total Rewards, and RevOps to optimize sales incentive plans and quota-alignment strategies.
- Coach commercial leaders on leadership capability, performance management, and feedback delivery.
- Diagnose organizational effectiveness and lead org design and workforce planning initiatives.
- Guide teams through complex change management, territory realignments, and market strategy shifts.
