- Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for executive-level interaction.
- Capability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities while maintaining professional relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive people and workforce strategy to achieve engineering business outcomes.
- Lead organizational design and effectiveness efforts to build an integrated culture within Engineering.
- Collaborate with HR centers of excellence and business leaders to support large-scale transformation and change initiatives.
- Drive adoption of new operating models and workforce strategies.
- Build strong partnerships with hardware engineering leaders to ensure strategies align with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate organizational effectiveness initiatives and talent reviews focused on succession planning and leadership development.
