Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Account management, or Customer Success in a target-driven, customer-facing role.
  • Experience working with SMEs, startups, or fast-paced business environments.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Proven experience handling complex customers and troubleshooting or escalations.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Zendesk, and HubSpot.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve production issues.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ownership, sales-driven mindset, and accountability.
  • Ability to manage complex business layers involving various services, countries, and cultures.
  • Ability to have difficult conversations constructively and with empathy.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly cash collection targets across renewals, upsells, and upgrades.
  • Deliver customer satisfaction at the highest level.
  • Ensure optimal monthly renewal rates.
  • Track pipeline data and prioritize ticket resolution to meet targets.
  • Collaborate with accounting, corpsec, product, and data teams to improve renewal processes.
  • Share best practices with the team and take a proactive approach to project completion.
