Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Account management, or Customer Success in a target-driven, customer-facing role.
- Experience working with SMEs, startups, or fast-paced business environments.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Proven experience handling complex customers and troubleshooting or escalations.
- Familiarity with Tableau, Zendesk, and HubSpot.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve production issues.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ownership, sales-driven mindset, and accountability.
- Ability to manage complex business layers involving various services, countries, and cultures.
- Ability to have difficult conversations constructively and with empathy.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly cash collection targets across renewals, upsells, and upgrades.
- Deliver customer satisfaction at the highest level.
- Ensure optimal monthly renewal rates.
- Track pipeline data and prioritize ticket resolution to meet targets.
- Collaborate with accounting, corpsec, product, and data teams to improve renewal processes.
- Share best practices with the team and take a proactive approach to project completion.
