Requirements
- Track record of training dealers or automotive retailers on software or digital tools.
- Solid understanding of how automotive dealers qualify and manage sales leads.
- Hands-on experience providing support via chat or ticketing systems.
- Confidence running training sessions remotely, adapting style for various audiences.
- Strong written communication skills.
- UK-based and able to work within standard UK business hours.
- Familiarity with lead management platforms or dealer management systems (preferred).
- Experience working with national brand or OEM accounts (preferred).
- Comfort using data to prioritize work and spot trends (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Onboard new retailers to the Driftrock platform, running training sessions that build confidence.
- Monitor retailer engagement using platform data, tracking login rates and lead qualification activity.
- Run proactive check-ins to coach retailers on lead qualification and reporting.
- Drive signal closure rates by helping retailers understand the value of passing conversion data back to the brand.
- Triage and resolve retailer support requests via chat and ticketing systems.
- Build and maintain training materials including guides, videos, and walkthrough documentation.
- Feed insights upward to the CS team and wider business based on retailer feedback.
