Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
- Flawless spoken and written English with a clear, professional telephone manner.
- Strong active listening, objection handling, and consultative negotiation skills.
- Ability to utilize Hostcomm cloud-based predictive dialing platform.
- Practical experience utilizing CRM systems and standard office suites (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
- Reliable desktop or laptop computer with suitable processing speed.
- Dedicated high-speed fibre broadband internet connection with a backup solution.
- High-quality USB headset with noise-cancelling microphone.
- Quiet, professional, and isolated home workspace.
- Must be able to work UK business hours (Monday–Friday).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective UK customers using a cloud-based dialing system.
- Introduce the company's premium product portfolio in a professional, engaging, and consultative manner.
- Qualify sales opportunities by identifying customer pain points regarding energy efficiency and insulation.
- Secure a minimum of 2 confirmed bookings/appointments per day for the UK field sales team.
- Maintain meticulous CRM records for all call notes, customer data, and dispositions.
- Participate in regular training, coaching sessions, and team alignment meetings.
