  • Flawless spoken and written English with a clear, professional telephone manner.
  • Strong active listening, objection handling, and consultative negotiation skills.
  • Ability to utilize Hostcomm cloud-based predictive dialing platform.
  • Practical experience utilizing CRM systems and standard office suites (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
  • Reliable desktop or laptop computer with suitable processing speed.
  • Dedicated high-speed fibre broadband internet connection with a backup solution.
  • High-quality USB headset with noise-cancelling microphone.
  • Quiet, professional, and isolated home workspace.
  • Must be able to work UK business hours (Monday–Friday).
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective UK customers using a cloud-based dialing system.
  • Introduce the company's premium product portfolio in a professional, engaging, and consultative manner.
  • Qualify sales opportunities by identifying customer pain points regarding energy efficiency and insulation.
  • Secure a minimum of 2 confirmed bookings/appointments per day for the UK field sales team.
  • Maintain meticulous CRM records for all call notes, customer data, and dispositions.
  • Participate in regular training, coaching sessions, and team alignment meetings.
