- Strong English communication skills.
- Demonstrable CRM experience.
- Proven outbound cold calling experience.
- B2B sales experience (strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with Apollo (nice to have).
- Familiarity with Zoho (nice to have).
- Solar industry background (installer-facing experience preferred).
- Ability to follow detailed application instructions.
Responsibilities
- Perform outbound cold calling from existing lead lists.
- Set appointments for closers to run presentations and close new clients.
- Work with leads already scraped and loaded into the CRM.
- Support lead generation and data scraping tasks as needed.
- Utilize existing scripts and processes and help refine them over time.
