Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a legal operations professional optimizing in-house legal workflow.
- Experience with contract, performance, vendor, and financial management work.
- Familiarity with legal department KPIs.
- Experience managing budget & spend management such as e-billing experience.
- CLM implementation experience.
- AI experience.
- Comfortable with software implementation and experience implementing new systems and incorporating existing workstreams.
- Robust experience with legal operations technology and related software.
- Experience with CLM tool Luminance is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage client's legal operations processes and perform new process mapping.
- Build out new processes and design roadmaps for implementation.
- Help clients vet potential CLM tools across a broad array of tools such as Ironclad, Agiloft, ContractPod, Luminance.
- Implement AI tools and increase usage within the legal team or utilize new AI features of existing tools.
- Create and maintain resource materials on operational processes.
- Plan and implement improvements to contracting systems, including developing and uploading templates.
- Assist with project coordination and process management.
