Requirements
- 5+ years in event management, event operations, or experiential program management.
- Strong project management skills with experience coordinating complex programs across multiple stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with vendor, agency, and production-partner management.
- Proficiency with event and marketing tech, including registration platforms and mobile apps.
- Knowledge of event data integration workflows with Salesforce and Marketo.
- Experience building operational frameworks or playbooks for program scaling.
- Comfort using AI to scale repeatable processes.
- Familiarity with developer, technical, or enterprise event programs preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities
- Own operational execution across the event portfolio including major conferences, roadshows, and digital events.
- Maintain a master event calendar to coordinate timing, resourcing, and dependencies.
- Manage event registration, attendee experience, lead capture, and badging systems.
- Build repeatable planning templates, run-of-show frameworks, and operational playbooks.
- Manage the event technology stack and ensure data flows into marketing and sales systems.
- Oversee vendor and agency relationships, including contract execution and production schedules.
- Own end-to-end event budgets, purchase orders, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Track event KPIs and ROI while leading post-event debriefs and sales handoffs.
