Responsibilities
- Manage multi-state compliance, own full-cycle payroll in Rippling, and maintain audit-ready records.
- Drive full-cycle recruiting from JD creation to onboarding top-tier talent.
- Administer benefits, design engagement programs, and support professional development.
- Serve as the primary HR resource for managers, providing coaching on performance and policy.
