Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in product management.
- Significant experience leading developer-facing, infrastructure, or platform products.
- Proven track record of managing multi-team, multi-year product roadmaps at a Director level.
- Deep technical understanding of SDLC tooling, architecture trade-offs, and observability.
- Strong, opinionated perspective on AI-assisted and agentic software development workflows.
- Experience with 'Platform-as-a-Product' methodologies, including instrumentation and adoption funnels.
- Hands-on technical background in software engineering, ML/AI, or DevOps/platform engineering.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences from staff engineers to executives.
- Proven leadership experience in building, retaining, and coaching high-performing PM teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior Director of Engineering to own the multi-year vision and roadmap for the Developer Experience platform.
- Lead and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers owning critical surfaces of the DevEx portfolio.
- Define and execute the company-wide strategy for AI-assisted and agentic development tools and governance.
- Instrument and report developer productivity metrics, including DORA/SPACE-style outcomes and adoption rates.
- Treat internal engineers as customers by leading rigorous discovery to turn developer pain into prioritized, instrumented product bets.
- Represent the developer platform portfolio in executive-level forums and partner with VP-level engineering leaders to ensure adoption.
