Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, including ownership of developer-facing or platform products in B2B SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of developer workflows, modern engineering ecosystems, and enterprise software environments
- Proven experience defining roadmaps and driving execution across multiple engineering teams and complex initiatives
- Excellent written communication skills with experience producing PRDs, PRFAQs, and structured product documentation
- Strong customer empathy with the ability to blend qualitative insights and quantitative data for decision-making
- Experience defining OKRs, success metrics, and product measurement frameworks tied to business outcomes
- Comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders and representing product strategy externally
- Experience in identity, security, or developer platform products is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Developer Workflows within a broader developer and AI platform vision
- Define priorities and coordinate execution across multiple engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Translate developer needs, pain points, and opportunities into clear, actionable product requirements
- Lead discovery and validation efforts using customer insights, research, and data analysis
- Write and maintain structured product artifacts (PRDs, PRFAQs, specs) to align teams and accelerate execution
- Establish OKRs, success metrics, and measurement frameworks to track product performance and business impact
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption
- Represent the product externally in customer and executive-level discussions
