Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a track record of owning developer-facing or platform-oriented products.
  • Deep understanding of developer workflows, tools, AI trends, and modern security/access challenges.
  • Proven ability to define and execute roadmaps for complex, cross-functional initiatives in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience driving cross-company product vision spanning multiple teams.
  • Strong written communication skills and comfort producing PRDs and PRFAQs.
  • Track record of building with a 18–24 month vision while maintaining strategic clarity.
  • Executive-level communication experience representing product areas to leadership.
  • Ability to drive prioritization using both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Experience establishing OKRs and measurement frameworks connecting product outcomes to business results.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for the Developer Workflows engineering group, partnering with engineering leadership to deliver Unified Access components.
  • Contribute to cross-company strategy and execution for developer tools and Developer Watchtower within EPM.
  • Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly prioritization to bring structure to a fast-moving team.
  • Represent the voice of the customer through discovery, PRDs, PRFAQs, and feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with junior PMs to raise the bar on craft and product thinking across the organization.
  • Establish and own success metrics, focusing on ARR contribution and customer impact.
  • Represent the product area externally to enterprise customer leadership teams.
