Requirements
- 8+ years of extensive product management experience.
- Proven track record of growing D2C digital products.
- Experience scaling products and teams at high-growth companies (e.g., Series A–D startups).
- Strong ability to develop and communicate a compelling product vision.
- Strong business acumen regarding product impact on revenue, operations, and compliance.
- Comfortable leading through ambiguity and structuring complex problems.
- Data-driven decision-making with fluency in OKRs, KPIs, and A/B experimentation.
- Exceptional operational discipline, prioritization skills, and ability to manage competing needs.
- High emotional intelligence and a collaborative leadership style.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve product strategy to meet ambitious growth, retention, and customer impact goals.
- Set long-term product vision for the Life and Critical Illness vertical aligned with business priorities.
- Lead the full product lifecycle including discovery, solution design, scoping, execution, and iteration.
- Write clear, actionable product specs that connect business goals, customer needs, and technical constraints.
- Partner with engineering, design, and operations to ensure initiatives are well-scoped and operationally ready.
- Define success metrics and use experimentation to validate hypotheses and improve funnel conversion and LTV.
