Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience with a successful track record.
- 5+ years of experience in the video gaming industry with familiarity with PC/desktop gaming ecosystems and platforms.
- Passion for the gaming industry.
- 5+ years of experience managing cross-disciplined teams with evidence of leadership capabilities.
- Proven experience building and scaling early-stage products.
- Experience shaping products based on customer/market insights and driving growth.
- Ability to define and own product metrics to prioritize roadmaps.
- Comfort representing products externally via thought leadership, podcasts, and conferences.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the PC gaming market including ecosystems, distribution, audience, and monetization.
- Lead the vision and strategy for a new product area to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Manage design and engineering teams to create user-centric products that meet business goals.
- Navigate between high-level strategic planning and practical implementation roadmap execution.
- Communicate product plans, trade-offs, and outcomes to cross-functional partners and leadership.
- Define and own product metrics to evaluate performance and prioritize the product roadmap.
- Build alignment across cross-functional teams while maintaining a clear point of view on product success.
