Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in program management, portfolio management, and/or product development.
- Proven executive leadership experience driving large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in complex environments.
- Demonstrated ability to translate enterprise strategy into actionable roadmaps and operating models.
- Deep expertise in portfolio and production management, including establishing governance and scalable workflows.
- Strong fluency with emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools.
- Exceptional people leadership and talent development skills.
- Experience leading work involving digital product delivery, assessment platforms, or instructional content production preferred.
- Ability to travel 6-8 times a year to College Board offices or for business.
- Commitment to mission-driven work and expanding educational opportunities.
- Willingness to experiment with and adopt new AI-driven solutions independently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the AP Content Production function for curricular, assessment, and instruction publications.
- Ensure alignment of Course and Exam Descriptions (CEDs) with assessment validity and operational timelines.
- Manage the end-to-end readiness and delivery strategy for new and revised AP course products.
- Lead cross-functional integration across Curriculum & Assessment, Product, and Production teams.
- Design and implement divisional governance structures, including decision-rights frameworks and escalation protocols.
- Develop and maintain a unified, multi-year AP Course Roadmap.
- Oversee a multi-million dollar AP Program Enablement budget.
- Lead and mentor a team of approximately 15 people responsible for content and product management.
