Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, integrated campaign marketing, content marketing, or digital marketing.
- Proven experience executing multi-channel awareness and thought leadership campaigns, particularly across owned channels.
- Strong background in marketing to enterprise-level audiences.
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of channel execution best practices for web, social, webinars, podcasts, and email.
- Experience in B2B technology categories where market education is prioritized over immediate demand capture.
- Familiarity with AI tools for accelerating workflows and content personalization is a plus.
- Professional background in fintech, regulated industries, or enterprise software is preferred.
- Experience supporting global or regional campaign execution in a large organization.
Responsibilities
- Drive thought leadership programs across owned and adjacent channels like web, social, webinars, podcasts, and email.
- Translate business priorities and product narratives into integrated campaign plans.
- Partner with product marketing, digital, analytics, and agency teams for program launch.
- Repurpose content into channel-ready assets such as social series and webinar materials.
- Own end-to-end campaign execution, including briefing, timelines, approvals, and QA.
- Track performance and recommend optimizations to improve reach and efficiency.
