Requirements

- At least 3 years focused on Account Based Marketing (ABM)
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue in enterprise software or technology companies
- Deep understanding of ABM methodologies and best practices
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo
- Experience with ABM tools such as 6sense
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into action
- Excellent project management skills for managing multiple concurrent campaigns
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive ABM strategies for tiered strategic accounts
- Partner with sales leadership to identify, prioritize, and build account plans
- Design and implement multi-channel engagement strategies including digital, events, and direct mail
- Orchestrate integrated campaigns across email, social media, content, and advertising
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize channel investments for maximum ROI
- Work cross-functionally with BDRs, Field Marketing, and Customer Success to align account strategies
- Leverage generative AI platforms to create personalized, high-performing content
- Analyze campaign performance, pipeline influence, and revenue attribution to provide actionable insights
