Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management or project management, ideally in a marketing or creative agency setting.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-level clients and navigate large corporate organizations.
- Strong project management and negotiation skills, including experience handling contract reworks or commercial conversations.
- Background in growth marketing, performance marketing, or creative agencies.
- A consultative mindset: calm, inquisitive, and able to ask the right questions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of ASO, app marketing, or mobile growth.
- Nice to have: Experience with business development or scoping new client work.
- Nice to have: Comfort with client-facing presentations at a senior level.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 3–4 enterprise-level US clients end-to-end, from strategy to delivery to renewals.
- Run status meetings, manage scopes, and ensure project success across internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Facilitate roadmap development and provide strategic consultation beyond the immediate brief.
- Navigate complex corporate organizations and manage multiple internal stakeholders.
- Identify growth opportunities and help build proposals alongside the delivery team.
- Represent the company in meetings with senior leaders at major tech and entertainment companies.
