Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management or project management, ideally in a marketing or creative agency setting.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-level clients and navigate large corporate organizations with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management and negotiation skills, including experience handling contract reworks or commercial conversations.
- Background in growth marketing, performance marketing, or creative agencies.
- Consultative mindset: calm, inquisitive, and able to ask the right questions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client visits and team meetups.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 3–4 enterprise-level US clients end-to-end, from strategy to delivery to renewals.
- Run status meetings, manage scopes, track details, and ensure project continuity across internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Facilitate roadmap development and provide strategic consultation beyond immediate briefs.
- Navigate complex corporate organizations and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts and build proposals alongside the delivery team.
- Represent Phiture in face-to-face engagements with senior leadership at technology and entertainment companies.
