- Manage a portfolio of 3–4 enterprise-level US clients end-to-end, from strategy to delivery to renewals.
- Run status meetings, manage scopes, chase down the details, and ensure project continuity across internal and client teams.
- Facilitate roadmap development and act as a strategic consultant, pushing back when necessary to address client needs.
- Navigate complex corporate organizations and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Scope and price new work, identifying growth opportunities and building proposals alongside the delivery team.
- Represent the company in high-level meetings with senior leaders in tech and entertainment.
