Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management or project management, ideally in a marketing or creative agency setting.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-level clients and navigate large corporate organizations.
- Strong project management and negotiation skills, including experience with contract reworks.
- Background in growth marketing, performance marketing, or creative agencies.
- Consultative mindset: calm, inquisitive, and able to ask the right questions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Comfort with client-facing presentations at a senior level.
- Knowledge of ASO, app marketing, or mobile growth (nice to have).
- Experience with business development or scoping new client work (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 3–4 enterprise-level US clients end-to-end, from strategy to delivery to renewals.
- Run status meetings, manage scopes, chase down the details, and ensure project continuity across internal and client teams.
- Facilitate roadmap development and act as a strategic consultant, pushing back when necessary to address client needs.
- Navigate complex corporate organizations and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Scope and price new work, identifying growth opportunities and building proposals alongside the delivery team.
- Represent the company in high-level meetings with senior leaders in tech and entertainment.
