Requirements
- Fluent Italian (C2 / native) and fluent English.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Iterative, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Self-driven, proactive, and outcome-focused work style.
- Resilience to handle frequent rejection.
- Ability to find new paths when obvious ones are blocked.
- Solid CRM usage habits (HubSpot experience preferred).
- Understanding of tech, HR, finance, or benefits-related ICPs is a plus.
- Previous SMB outbound sales experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build a strong outbound rhythm with consistent, high-quality activity.
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Become autonomous in prospecting, CRM hygiene, and lead handover.
- Conduct high-volume, phone-based cold outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain CRM data quality and contribute to feedback loops for process improvement.
