Requirements

  • Fluent Italian (C2 / native) and fluent English.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Iterative, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and outcome-focused work style.
  • Resilience to handle frequent rejection.
  • Ability to find new paths when obvious ones are blocked.
  • Solid CRM usage habits (HubSpot experience preferred).
  • Understanding of tech, HR, finance, or benefits-related ICPs is a plus.
  • Previous SMB outbound sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong outbound rhythm with consistent, high-quality activity.
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Become autonomous in prospecting, CRM hygiene, and lead handover.
  • Conduct high-volume, phone-based cold outreach to generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM data quality and contribute to feedback loops for process improvement.
