Requirements
- Fluency in English and another major European language (German, French, etc.) with professional proficiency.
- Formal training in business development and sales techniques including cold calling and objection handling.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered qualification tools and sales automation platforms (e.g., n8n, LaGrowthMachine, Lemlist, Apollo).
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong ability to quickly learn and communicate deeply technical AI and cybersecurity concepts.
- Creative writing skills to build effective outreach sequences.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to track metrics and drive towards targets.
- Coachable, feedback-driven attitude.
- Data-driven approach to account prioritization.
Responsibilities
- Generate pipeline and book meetings with qualified leads among target enterprises in regulated industries.
- Design and execute multi-channel outbound sequences using email, LinkedIn, phone, and events.
- Confidently conduct cold calls and discovery conversations to qualify prospects.
- Craft creative, customer-centric communication to engage technical decision-makers.
- Learn Giskard’s AI security platform to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing teams to refine ICP and outreach messaging.
- Maintain clean documentation of activities and outreach performance in CRM systems.
