Requirements

- Structured mindset with follow-up discipline, pipeline hygiene, and documentation skills.
- Interest in AI, digital products, or innovation-driven environments.
- Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
- German proficiency is considered a plus.
- Existing client portfolio is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and outbound initiatives.
- Execute outbound sales activities including cold emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Support the Head of Growth in identifying new markets, verticals, and partnership opportunities.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Conduct structured research on prospects, competitors, and market signals.
- Build and nurture early-stage relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM and support pipeline reporting.
