Requirements

- Experience with newsletter platforms like Beehiiv or ConvertKit preferred.
- Familiarity with referral platforms like SparkLoop or ReferralHero is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue newsletter swap and cross-promotion partnerships.
- Develop and manage an affiliate and ambassador program.
- Land media placements, podcast appearances, and guest editorial opportunities.
- Develop lead magnets and content formats that drive organic sharing.
- Repurpose newsletter content across social platforms including LinkedIn, X, Reddit, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Build and optimize subscriber referral programs and viral loops.
- Execute an SEO content strategy to generate compounding inbound traffic.
- Report weekly on growth metrics and channel performance.
