Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or revenue marketing.
  • Proven ownership of qualified pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Expertise in integrated programs including paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, webinars, and ABM.
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRM/marketing automation and web analytics tools.
  • Proven track record of improving website journey and landing-page conversion through testing.
  • Experience in healthcare SaaS, digital health, or complex regulated B2B markets.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence Sales and Product teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in resource-constrained environments where prioritization is key.
  • Deep alignment with health equity mission and comfort balancing pipeline goals with customer value.

Responsibilities

  • Translate ARR, pipeline, and market-development goals into a focused multichannel growth plan.
  • Develop and optimize programs across paid search, social, SEO, email, webinars, and ABM.
  • Define and maintain the growth-marketing measurement framework, including pipeline contribution and ROI.
  • Own the strategy for website journey, conversion paths, landing pages, and campaign destinations.
  • Partner with the Strategic Partnerships Director to create co-marketing and demand-generation programs.
  • Utilize AI and automation to increase research speed, audience development, and workflow execution.
  • Present performance, insights, risks, and tradeoffs in executive-ready formats.
