Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch or Swedish (minimum B1 proficiency).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both individually and within a dispersed team.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Interest in building a career in the IT Field.
- Capability to adhere to established service management principles.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line technical support via phone, email, Chat and Web.
- Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to service management principles.
- Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
- Log, verify customer details, identify, categorize, and prioritize incidents in the ITSM tool.
- Consult the Knowledge Base (KB) for workarounds and attempt first-contact resolution.
- Reassign unresolved tickets to L2 or PRG teams as applicable.
- Monitor call trends to identify and highlight potential outages to L2 or Team Leads.
- Conduct callbacks for customer request cases or when users are not reachable.
