Responsibilities

  • Deliver first-level technical support.
  • Respond promptly to questions from employees and client sites.
  • Document problems and contribute to the knowledge database.
  • Provide hardware migration teams with necessary reports and information.
  • Participate in process improvement activities.
  • Consult with IT experts when complex issues arise.
