Responsibilities
- Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and other tech tools.
- Deliver first-level technical support.
- Respond promptly to questions from employees and client sites.
- Document problems and contribute to the knowledge database.
- Provide hardware migration teams with necessary reports and information.
- Participate in process improvement activities.
- Consult with IT experts when complex issues arise.
