Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a shift-based environment
- Very good command of English and Polish (B2)
- Proficiency in one additional language such as French, German, Italian, or Spanish
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to IT infrastructure and end-user environments
- Accurately log and manage service requests in line with SLAs and internal processes
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate technical teams
- Deliver remote support, including VPN access and mobile device configuration
- Monitor recurring incidents and proactively identify trends or improvement areas
- Maintain documentation, procedures, and knowledge base content
- Communicate system alerts, outages, and updates to end users
