Requirements

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal, rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
  • Home office with a stable internet connection (min 5 Mbps upload/download).
  • Computer with min 8GB RAM (Windows 11 with i5/i7 8th gen+, Ryzen 5/7 2000+, or macOS 12+).
  • Quality noise-canceling headset for meetings.
  • Smartphone capable of running Microsoft Authenticator.
  • HD webcam for video calls.
  • Ability to pass online behavior and cognitive assessments.
  • Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and coordinate support tickets to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Triage tickets by accurately recording contacts, types, priority, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of onsite resources as needed.
  • Audit and close completed service tickets.
  • Manage ticket workflows, statuses, and internal coordination using ConnectWise.
  • Monitor Service Department tickets to ensure prompt handling and identify high-priority issues.
  • Use internal/external knowledge bases to resolve issues and document procedures.
  • Identify trends and service gaps to improve team performance.
