Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 4+ years of experience in a Coordination/Dispatching environment or related customer service experience.
- Knowledge of standard Computer Administrative Tools (Windows, MS Office, Teams, Outlook).
- Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with all levels of leadership.
- Experience with Oracle or Service Max is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and scheduling of field resources for Installations, Preventative Maintenance, and Field Modifications.
- Balance the urgent needs of a complex customer base for Emergency Repairs.
- Utilize Service Max and Oracle to manage installed base information, inventory availability, part order status, and work order updates.
- Partner with Field Service teams at all levels to support customer needs and drive revenue growth.
- Verify and collect purchase orders.
- Manage the strategic scheduling of Field Service resources while balancing competing priorities such as product training, mentoring, inventory cycle counts, vehicle maintenance, and time off.
