Job Details

5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for digital products with detailed case studies.
Proven experience with complex B2B, SaaS, or enterprise analytical/BI platforms.
Fluency in Figma as the primary design tool.
Openness to integrating AI capabilities into both product interfaces and personal design workflows.
Strong decision-making skills using heuristics and data analysis in limited-access environments.
Experience conducting UX research within enterprise or government sectors.
Independence, assertiveness, and the ability to advocate for design within a dev-driven environment.
Sensitivity to UX writing and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear user-facing language.
Ability to interpret technical specifications, design tokens, and front-end concepts (HTML/CSS, JSON).
Fluency in English and Polish.

Manage the full design cycle: discovery, design, prototyping, delivery, and iteration, integrated with AI tools.
Leverage AI and standard design tools for rapid prototyping and iterative design explorations.
Design interfaces for diverse users ranging from non-technical professionals to advanced data scientists.
Collaborate with development teams, stakeholders, and product managers to advocate for UX decisions and contribute to the product backlog strategy.
Build, audit, and evolve the design system to ensure accessibility, token consistency, and scalability.
Craft clear and consistent UI microcopy, error messages, and labels in English.
Organize UX research, review session recordings, and document usability patterns, even when direct user access is limited.
Identify and initiate independent UX improvements to drive product change.
