Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a science or health-related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of clinical research experience.
- Significant clinical monitoring experience.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Expertise in ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in clinical management techniques and tools.
- Experience in functional management, delegation, and team leadership.
- Proven experience in planning, risk management, and change management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary clinical point of contact with the client.
- Develop study-related clinical documents including clinical plans, informed consent forms, and manuals.
- Drive site feasibility processes and develop recruitment/retention strategies.
- Oversee submissions and approvals to Competent Authorities and IRB/Ethics Committees.
- Lead internal clinical team meetings and manage project resourcing.
- Manage investigational product processes, including accountability and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with data management and CRAs to ensure data quality and compliance.
