Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Clinical Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a similar relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical research setting.
  • 1-2 years of experience in supply chain operations.
  • Strong planning and logical approach to work.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Ability to solve problems, make decisions, and think strategically.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Business management and analytical skills.
  • IT literacy with proficiency in Excel and handling electronic data.
  • Understanding of risk management in a supply chain context.
  • Hands-on experience with IRT/RTSM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement and monitor study supply strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Optimize supply levels to ensure continuity while minimizing carrying costs.
  • Control manufacturing and delivery processes for clinical trial supplies.
  • Collaborate with Project Management, Vendor Management, and DLS Leadership.
  • Develop and maintain detailed inventories of study drugs.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve supply chain efficiency and safety.
  • Define and implement key supply chain KPIs at study and functional levels.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner.
