Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Clinical Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a similar relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical research setting.
- 1-2 years of experience in supply chain operations.
- Strong planning and logical approach to work.
- Good time management skills with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Ability to solve problems, make decisions, and think strategically.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Business management and analytical skills.
- IT literacy with proficiency in Excel and handling electronic data.
- Understanding of risk management in a supply chain context.
- Hands-on experience with IRT/RTSM systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and monitor study supply strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Optimize supply levels to ensure continuity while minimizing carrying costs.
- Control manufacturing and delivery processes for clinical trial supplies.
- Collaborate with Project Management, Vendor Management, and DLS Leadership.
- Develop and maintain detailed inventories of study drugs.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve supply chain efficiency and safety.
- Define and implement key supply chain KPIs at study and functional levels.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner.
