Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2β5 years of progressive Human Resources experience with hands-on exposure to HR operations and lifecycle management.
- Experience administering an HRIS platform, with Paylocity experience strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving instincts and a collaborative, customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
- Currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and general employment questions.
- Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process, including paperwork, system setup, and orientation scheduling.
- Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and coordinate employee separations, including offboarding workflows and exit interviews.
- Administer Paylocity by configuring employee records, security permissions, and troubleshooting system issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR system processes and efficiencies.
- Create recurring and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations and PowerPoint decks for senior leadership.
- Maintain employee personnel files and support compliance with U.S. employment laws and reporting requirements.
