Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a payroll-related position.
  • Very good knowledge of Polish payroll regulations.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel).
  • Familiarity with Płatnik software.
  • Ability to think analytically and work in a team.
  • Communicative knowledge of English (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an additional asset.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare payroll lists.
  • Calculate salaries.
  • Prepare PIT reports and settlement documents for ZUS.
  • Update and maintain procedures and documentation related to the payroll process.
  • Participate in payroll-related projects.
