Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a payroll-related position.
- Very good knowledge of Polish payroll regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel).
- Familiarity with Płatnik software.
- Ability to think analytically and work in a team.
- Communicative knowledge of English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of SAP will be an additional asset.
Responsibilities
- Prepare payroll lists.
- Calculate salaries.
- Prepare PIT reports and settlement documents for ZUS.
- Update and maintain procedures and documentation related to the payroll process.
- Participate in payroll-related projects.
