Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience administering a financial or ERP system.
- Hands-on NetSuite administration including configuration, customization, user access, roles, and permissions.
- Experience with NetSuite core modules: General Ledger, Advanced Revenue Management, and Accounts.
- Proficiency in designing custom records, fields, and SuiteFlow automations.
- Working understanding of core accounting processes (month-end close, reconciliation, procure-to-pay, revenue).
- Demonstrated track record of automating repetitive manual tasks using scripting, saved searches, or low-code tools.
- Technical comfort with SuiteScript, SQL, general scripting, or API-based automation.
- Ability to read and reason about cross-system integrations.
- Strong collaboration skills for working across finance and engineering teams.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own and administer core financial systems including NetSuite, FloQast, and Ramp.
- Reduce manual and error-prone finance operations through automation of month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Serve as the business-logic and data expert for the finance domain, maintaining system rules and canonical definitions.
- Build cross-system integrations on a central, version-controlled platform in partnership with engineering.
- Act as the dedicated systems partner to Finance and Accounting, translating business needs into system capabilities.
- Utilize AI tooling to draft automations and accelerate routine system work.
