Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience administering a financial or ERP system.
- Hands-on NetSuite administration experience, including configuration, custom records, fields, and workflows.
- Proficiency in building SuiteFlow automations.
- Understanding of NetSuite core modules: General Ledger, Advanced Revenue Management, Accounts, and multi-location structures.
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes (month-end close, reconciliation, AP/procure-to-pay).
- Proven track record of automating repetitive manual work using scripts, saved searches, or low-code/iPaaS tools.
- Ability to reason about technical integrations using SuiteScript, SQL, or API-based automation.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong collaboration skills for working across finance and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and administer core financial systems (NetSuite, FloQast, Ramp) including configuration, business logic, and system health.
- Reduce manual finance operations like month-end close and reconciliations through automation.
- Serve as the business-logic and data expert for the finance domain to define system rules.
- Build cross-system integrations on a central, version-controlled platform in partnership with engineering.
- Act as a dedicated systems partner to Finance and Accounting to translate needs into capabilities.
- Use AI tools to draft automations and accelerate routine system work.
