Requirements
- 7+ years of experience engineering data integrations and pipelines in complex enterprise ecosystems.
- Mastery of data standards, governance, and security.
- Hands-on experience architecting ingestion patterns using AWS S3.
- Proficiency with modern data engineering standards, orchestration tools, and cloud data warehouses.
- Direct experience in a public company environment with SOX compliance and automated reconciliation.
- Experience operating within an Agile framework using Jira.
- Financial domain expertise including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report processes is a plus.
- Experience with ERPs such as NetSuite or Coupa is a plus.
- Experience with iPaaS tools such as Workato is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale robust data pipelines into a cloud data warehouse, integrating data from ERP/EPM/Treasury/HR systems.
- Set the long-term technical direction for financial data warehouse and analytics strategy.
- Establish automated reconciliation logic, data quality frameworks, and monitoring within Workato/Tines to ensure data accuracy and SOX compliance.
- Introduce data engineering best practices including version control, CI/CD, and security standards.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and HR stakeholders to automate reporting and operational requirements.
