Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure and/or cloud technology sales.
  • Proven track record of top-tier performance (top 10%) in competitive environments.
  • Experience in high-velocity tech companies.
  • Strong relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative environment.
  • Salesforce fluency.
  • Excellent communication skills across all channels (in-person, virtual, written).
  • Tenacious, entrepreneurial, and collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable working remotely with global teams.
  • Familiarity with open-source technology (Bonus).
  • Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC methodologies (Bonus).
  • Technical background or experience selling technical products (Bonus).

Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new business opportunities within current customer accounts.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, meetings, demos, POCs, proposals, negotiations, and post-sale handover.
  • Generate sales through outbound prospecting and responding to inbound leads.
  • Articulate the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Manage pipeline activity and sales performance using Salesforce.
  • Handle quotes, order processing, and general customer requests.
