Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure and/or cloud technology sales.
- Proven track record of top-tier performance (top 10%) in competitive environments.
- Experience in high-velocity tech companies.
- Strong relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative environment.
- Salesforce fluency.
- Excellent communication skills across all channels (in-person, virtual, written).
- Tenacious, entrepreneurial, and collaborative mindset.
- Comfortable working remotely with global teams.
- Familiarity with open-source technology (Bonus).
- Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC methodologies (Bonus).
- Technical background or experience selling technical products (Bonus).
Responsibilities
- Identify and close new business opportunities within current customer accounts.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, meetings, demos, POCs, proposals, negotiations, and post-sale handover.
- Generate sales through outbound prospecting and responding to inbound leads.
- Articulate the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise to technical and business stakeholders.
- Manage pipeline activity and sales performance using Salesforce.
- Handle quotes, order processing, and general customer requests.
