Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Finance/Accounting/Economics) or other relevant field.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, and Tableau.
  • High level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to synthesize large quantities of disparate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Marketing Leadership team by providing proactive analysis and insights.
  • Develop and maintain KPI packages to measure marketing and lead performance, including campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Communicate actionable takeaways from regular reporting and identify root causes for marketing performance.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance data integrity within marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product teams to optimize lead conversion and revenue objectives.
  • Utilize AI-driven technologies to enhance analytics, reporting, and proactive decision-making.
  • Complete ad-hoc analysis for leadership and handle multiple simultaneous projects.
