Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Finance/Accounting/Economics) or other relevant field.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, and Tableau.
- High level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize large quantities of disparate data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and team-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Marketing Leadership team by providing proactive analysis and insights.
- Develop and maintain KPI packages to measure marketing and lead performance, including campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Communicate actionable takeaways from regular reporting and identify root causes for marketing performance.
- Drive process improvements to enhance data integrity within marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product teams to optimize lead conversion and revenue objectives.
- Utilize AI-driven technologies to enhance analytics, reporting, and proactive decision-making.
- Complete ad-hoc analysis for leadership and handle multiple simultaneous projects.
