Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in an Analyst Relations team or leadership role.
- Experience working with senior leadership in marketing, communications, strategy, or product areas.
- Proven experience planning, developing, and executing an evaluative and advisory AR program.
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to establish credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellence in research and writing ability.
- Strong verbal proficiency and presentation skills for large and small-scale engagements.
- Ability to analyze, synthesize data, and defend conclusions.
- Deep knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within subject area.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural global team.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Create innovative, thought-provoking, and highly leveraged insights content.
- Develop in-depth analysis to identify client barriers and drive strategy.
- Research, analyze, and predict market trends to provide actionable advice.
- Deliver high-value presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings.
- Provide sales support by serving as a voice of the market to drive client engagement.
- Mentor and coach junior team members.
- Collaborate across teams and contribute to research process improvements.
