Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in CRM management.
- Strong analytical mindset and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated history of self-directed, proactive work.
- Ability to adapt communication style, level of detail, and focus based on the audience.
- Proven ability to manage conflict and engage in hard conversations to drive results.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript is preferred for automation and integration tasks.
- Willingness to travel on a limited basis for staff retreats (1-2 times per year).
- Availability to work during regular Mon-Fri business hours and off-shift for maintenance as needed.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for best practices in CRM data management.
- Partner with teams across the organization to guide project planning, execution, and workflow optimization.
- Support the Enterprise Systems Manager in leading critical initiatives.
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend solutions to streamline business processes.
- Assist in the administration of Finance, CRM, support ticketing, and HRIS platforms.
- Define and report on KPIs to measure the effectiveness of IT initiatives.
- Estimate and manage software and hardware costs during implementation.
- Document and diagram key system configurations and internal business processes.
- Implement and troubleshoot integrations between the CRM and third-party tools.
