Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing, PR, advertising, or related analytics.
- 2+ years of project management experience, including handling timelines and budgets.
- Deep understanding of social media listening and measurement (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, TikTok).
- Proficiency with platforms such as Brandwatch, Quid, Meltwater, or Muck Rack.
- Experience with generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot.
- Experience using multi-modal research approaches and triangulating data methodologies.
- Strong understanding of the pharma/healthcare/life sciences sector.
- Proven track record of driving teams to develop high-quality analytical work.
- Agency experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and lead without excessive oversight.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale social media listening and audience analytics engagements for top clients.
- Act as a business lead, team builder, and client relationship partner.
- Guide project teams on methodology, data approach, and insight generation.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverable expectations.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and develop proposals for existing and new business.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, development, and team cohesion.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients regarding their business strategy.
