Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Onboarding, Software Implementation, Training, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience working with SaaS platforms or other technology products.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple client implementations or projects simultaneously.
- Experience onboarding mid-market and/or enterprise clients.
- Strong technical aptitude and confidence learning new software platforms.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
- Highly organized with the ability to balance competing deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Naturally curious, adaptable, and excited to learn new technology.
- Collaborative mindset focused on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and implementation projects for new clients.
- Deliver engaging virtual and/or in-person training sessions.
- Build trusted relationships with client administrators, project teams, and stakeholders.
- Configure client environments, including training matrices and user setup.
- Support data migration from previous systems into the platform.
- Coordinate onboarding timelines, project milestones, and schedules.
- Provide prompt, solution-focused support via phone and email.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve implementation challenges.
- Identify opportunities for process and documentation improvements.
- Drive successful client adoption for long-term success.
