Requirements
- Fluent French language proficiency.
- Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent post-sales/professional services history of increasing satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Demonstrated progressive experience in a related function with direct customer advocacy and engagement.
- Strong technical understanding of Git, branching strategies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and development pipelines.
- Knowledge of continuous integration (CI), continuous deployment (CD), and DevSecOps.
- Project management skills and experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as needed in accordance with company policy.
- Exceptional verbal, written, organizational, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to turn desired business outcomes into actionable objectives based on pre-sales command plans.
- Guide customers on GitLab platform best practices, use cases, and future adoption.
- Act as a liaison for GitLab-related questions, issues, and escalations, coordinating with Support, Product, and other teams.
- Own a book of assigned customers, focusing on adoption, retention, growth, and overall satisfaction.
- Build and execute Customer Success Plans, establishing critical goals and key performance indicators.
- Program manage account escalations and provide insights on new feature applicability.
- Support services in identifying and recommending training opportunities.
