Requirements

  • Fluent French language proficiency.
  • Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent post-sales/professional services history of increasing satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
  • Demonstrated progressive experience in a related function with direct customer advocacy and engagement.
  • Strong technical understanding of Git, branching strategies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and development pipelines.
  • Knowledge of continuous integration (CI), continuous deployment (CD), and DevSecOps.
  • Project management skills and experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed in accordance with company policy.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, organizational, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers to turn desired business outcomes into actionable objectives based on pre-sales command plans.
  • Guide customers on GitLab platform best practices, use cases, and future adoption.
  • Act as a liaison for GitLab-related questions, issues, and escalations, coordinating with Support, Product, and other teams.
  • Own a book of assigned customers, focusing on adoption, retention, growth, and overall satisfaction.
  • Build and execute Customer Success Plans, establishing critical goals and key performance indicators.
  • Program manage account escalations and provide insights on new feature applicability.
  • Support services in identifying and recommending training opportunities.
